Usage Rights

Content Usage:

  • Conference/brand may share clips from your videos on social media (with credit and tag)
  • Conference/brand may embed your videos on website and in email campaigns
  • Conference/brand may use video excerpts in promotional materials for future events
  • Usage period: 18 months from posting date

Video Rights:

  • You retain full ownership of your content
  • Conference/brand receives non-exclusive license for marketing use
  • We will always credit you and link to your channel when sharing
  • No exclusive rights - you can create similar content for other events

Exclusivity:

  • 30-day exclusivity on competing tech conferences (Sept 1 - Oct 1)
  • Does NOT include: General tech content, product reviews, other types of events, tech company sponsorships
