Important: Claude Subscription Required

To use skills in Claude, you need a subscription from Anthropic:

  • Claude.ai: Requires Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise subscription
  • Claude Code: Skills are available in beta for Claude Code users

SkillHub is a marketplace to discover and download skills. The subscription options below are for SkillHub access, separate from your Anthropic Claude subscription.

Billing & Payment

How do I upgrade to Pro?

  1. Go to your Account Settings
  2. Click on "Upgrade to Pro"
  3. Enter your payment information
  4. Confirm your subscription

When will I be charged?

  • Initial charge when you subscribe
  • Recurring charges on the same date each month
  • You'll receive an email receipt for each charge

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  • No cancellation fees
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Navigate to "Subscription"
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Features & Access

What happens to my Pro skills if I downgrade?

  • Skills you've already downloaded are yours to keep
  • You won't be able to download new Pro skills
  • You won't receive updates to Pro skills you already have

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can:

  • Upgrade from Free to Pro anytime
  • Downgrade from Pro to Free at end of billing period
  • Changes take effect immediately or at period end

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Business & Teams

Do you offer team subscriptions?

Team subscriptions are coming soon! Features will include:

  • Shared skill library
  • Team management tools
  • Volume discounts
  • Dedicated support

Can I get an invoice for my subscription?

Yes! Invoices are:

  • Sent automatically with each payment
  • Available in Account Settings
  • Can be customized with company information

Technical Questions

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We:

  • Use industry-standard encryption
  • Never store full credit card numbers
  • Process payments through secure payment providers
  • Are PCI DSS compliant

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails:

  1. We'll retry the payment automatically
  2. You'll receive an email notification
  3. Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
  4. Grace period of 3 days before downgrade
